"You have a keen eye, Quartermaster Robins." Atlantis's bewitching golden eyes glittered with amusement. "Yes, I am from the Harmonia Isles. I am a member of one of the ruling families."

That... was surprising. If Atlantis was revealing information about her past, even the smallest kernels of it, to a relative stranger, it meant she had decided to give Jeanie a chance at gaining her trust.

"It's a tropical paradise." Atlantis replied, a sad smile on her face. "The capital city is Pele, which is on Elysia, the largest island in the Harmonia Isles."

The smile instantly fell off her face and it was replaced by an emotionless mask. "It was a long time ago." She replied vaguely, waving her hand dismissively. "But I'm sure you've heard the tales of how my rune powers awakened?" She shot her new quartermaster a wry look and shifted slightly so Jeanie could catch sight of the enormous sapphire pendant that glittered at her throat. The sapphire was engraved with an intricate weather rune that was etched in silver into the gemstone. It seemed to glow from within, glittering with a thousand different colours and pulsing with power. It hung on an ornate pearl, silver, and diamond necklace around her neck, the sapphire pendant encircled with tiny opals, blue diamonds, and pearls. 

It was her Rune of Weather, and it was easily priceless. 

"Really? Then I'll spare you the greatly exaggerated details and make it simple: I sank an entire fleet of Classari ships in a matter of minutes with a hurricane I summoned." Her voice was calm and unflinching, not at all haunted or troubled by this.

"The effort almost killed me." Atlantis curtly replied. 

"Don't be. As I said, it was a long time ago." 

Atlantis adjusted her gold-trimmed collar of her deep royal blue coat and her rune was hidden against. "Now, how about I give you an official tour?"

"Excellent. Hawthorne, please join us. Your insights into the ship would be very educational for Miss Robins." She turned to her first mate. "I understand that you already gave her a general tour of the ship's main areas?"

Hawthorne nodded. "Only the general areas, yes."

Jeanie rose as well, placing her utensils on her plate before leaving.

Jeanie slowed when he asked.

She nodded.  "Oh yes!  That would be lovely!"

She followed closely, mapping the area as she went.

She followed along, occasionally stumbling over a stray rope due to her focus on mapping rather than watching where she was going.

She nodded, memorizing the area.  "Alright, thank you."
